How much does Wayhome charge?

It is free to list, find applicants, and manage lease agreements at Wayhome. There is no monthly subscription fee either! Wayhome simply charges a 5% service fee of the rent collected to cover advertising and service costs.

How much can I make from mid-term rentals?

Typically, mid-term, fully furnished rentals bring their owners 1.5x or more rent than year long leases. The flexibility and turn-key nature appeals to certain renters that are willing to pay more.

How does this compare to Short Term Rentals (STRs)?
